How does this work?
Schedule a pickup for your return. We'll come to you, handle the drop-off, and confirm once it's been returned.
What can I return?
Most standard retail returns that can be dropped off at major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, etc.). Oversized or special items may not be supported yet.
What if I don't have a label or QR code?
That's okay. You can choose a service option where we handle printing or QR code drop-off for you.
When is Pickup Now available?
Pickup Now is available during limited hours when returners are active. Scheduled pickups are always available.
How much does it cost?
Pickup starts at $4.99. The final price depends on the number of packages and the type of service you choose. You'll always see the total before paying.
How will I know when my return is complete?
You'll receive confirmation once your return has been dropped off.
