Refunds & Cancellations

Pilot Period
The Service is currently offered at no charge. There are no fees to cancel and no refunds to process during this period.
Cancellations
You may cancel any time before we physically collect your package from the front desk. Once picked up, cancellation is not possible.
Refused Packages
If a carrier rejects your package, we return it to the front desk. No compensation is owed as the issue is between you and the carrier or retailer.
Packages We Decline to Pick Up
If a package does not meet our requirements on arrival, we reserve the right to decline pickup. The request will be cancelled and the package remains at the front desk.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once with a carrier, all claims must be filed directly with that carrier. Returns Handled does not compensate for packages lost or damaged after carrier handoff.
Retailer Refund Disputes
Returns Handled has no involvement in whether a retailer approves your return. Retailer disputes are between you and the retailer.
Future Pricing
Refund terms for paid tiers will be published before any charges are made.
