Refunds & Cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation

You may cancel your return request before the pickup has begun. Once a returner has started the pickup (e.g., is en route or has collected your packages), we cannot guarantee a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once your return is in progress. If you cancel before pickup starts, we will process a refund in accordance with our payment provider's policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will review your case.
