By using Returns, you agree to these terms. Please read them before scheduling a pickup.
Our Service
Returns provides a pickup and drop-off service for your return packages. We collect your packages from your address during your chosen window and deliver them to the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) or other designated drop-off point. We act as an intermediary between you and the carrier.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service in cases of safety concerns, fraud, violation of these terms, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. We will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Third-Party Carriers and Limitation of Responsibility
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is subject to that carrier's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier or by events outside our control after drop-off. We take care to hand off packages in good condition and to obtain any proof of drop-off the carrier provides.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
